and unfortunately Resistance 2 is not a quality game. the world works in mysterious ways like that. you release a bad game and no one wants to buy it.

I just didn't feel like listing them all. It's a common Japanese gaming business practice to saturate the market with a brand name: Gundam, FF, Metal Gear, Pokemon, Mario etc. Oftentimes, it's more about making money than making quality games in Japan. The bottom line is all that matters.

Bungie will always make Halo games like Kojima will always make MGS games or Valve will always make Half-life games. When you create a critically-acclaimed, crazy popular game franchise that becomes a part of pop culture then it is your duty to continue. And Halo is hardly played out. Sony fanboys probably think most of these games were made up. At the end of 2007 I fondly remember being laughed at when I cited Fable 2 as a big 360 title in 2008. Sony fanboys were all like, "Wtf, Fable 2? All the 360 has next year is Gears of War 2. PS3 has Haze, Socom, Littlebigplanet, home, blah, blah, blah..." Oh wait, Fable 2 outsold LBP, Haze, and Socom combined so...
but I understand why people would prefer COD. it's a good game and it's easier to get good at the multiplayer because the game is full of noobs who only play COD.
Gears 2 is the highest rated of the 3 also and is the only title that has scored above 90 on Metacritic. who cares if some random blog no one reads thinks otherwise.

Wifi is only useful for a laptop. I have wifi for my laptop but I wouldn't even buy wifi for my 360 if it was $10 because I don't need it. I don't move my console around the house to different TVs. My TV is hooked up to cable by a wire so what is the huge deal to hook up your console the same way? So right there you knock off a $100 and the whole argument goes out the window.

Fable 2 is awesome. Didn't like it at first but now I'm addicted. the side quests are awesome and you even get a bunch of new quests after you beat the main quest.
Both Haze and Socom have a lower metascore than Too Human. The more I see from Wired the more it seems their games division is overrun with Sony fanboys which is pretty sad considering otherwise it is a decent website with good articles.
They gave the lowest score to Gears of War 2 of anyone. Just something to keep in mind.
Any leads from early '08 are being erased. PS3 will always be far behind in third place. But look on the bright side - Sony will always have a delusional group of annoying fanboys who spam N4G. So you're always welcome and if the PS3 goes under you can always support the PS2 and still claim Halo suxxorz until you're blue in the face!
